Greg Adelson is President and Chief Operating Officer of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. He is responsible for all business lines and solutions. Adelson joined Jack Henry in 2011 as Group President of iPay Solutions™ and has more than 25 years of financial services experience.

Craig Morgan is General Counsel and Secretary of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. He joined Jack Henry in 2004 as Corporate Counsel and served in roles of increasing responsibility before being named General Counsel and Secretary in 2016. Morgan has worked on legal issues in technology for more than 20 years.

Renee Swearingen is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer at Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. She leads the development and execution of financial strategies; collaborates with businesses on goals and initiatives; and manages finance, accounting, and procurement. Swearingen joined Jack Henry in 1996 and has more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience.

Stacey Zengel is Senior Vice President and President of Jack Henry Bank Solutions at Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. He directs the company’s strategy and solutions for banks. Zengel joined Jack Henry in 1999 when Jack Henry acquired BancTec Financial Services and has more than 30 years of experience in financial services and software.
