Jack Prim began his career in the financial industry in 1977 as a sales representative for Burroughs Corporation. In 1985, he was hired by Broadway & Seymour, Inc. (BSI) where he held various roles in sales, sales management, outsourcing business development, system implementation, and support. In 1994, Prim was named Vice President of Client Services for BSI, and when Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JHA) acquired BSI's Community Banking division the following year, he was selected to be General Manager of JHA's newly created OutLink Services division. Five years later he was named General Manager of E-Services, a business unit formed to combine electronic processing and outsourcing services to JHA's customers. Prim was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2001, where he focused the company's operations on customer satisfaction and consistent growth. He was named President in 2003, CEO in 2004, and Chairman of the Board in 2012. In 2016, Prim transitioned his role from CEO to Executive Chairman of the company. Prim also serves as an Executive Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee for CoxHealth. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Belk College of Business and earned his master's degree in Business Administration from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
David Foss began his career in 1985 at NCR as a Systems Engineer installing and supporting core and ancillary banking solutions. He joined Advanced Computer Systems (ACS) in 1989 as a Sales Manager marketing banking solutions to community banks in the upper Midwest. In 1993, Foss left community banking to become BancTec’s Vice President of Professional Services and later Vice President of Operations managing large remittance processing solutions. He became Vice President of Sales for community banking at BancTec in 1997. In 1999 Foss arranged the sale of BancTec’s financial solutions division to Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., joining the company at that time. From 1999 to the inception of the ProfitStars brand in 2003, he served a dual role as President of the Open Systems group and a General Manager of the Complementary Solutions group. He was named President of ProfitStars in 2004, President of Jack Henry and Associates in 2014, and CEO in 2016. Foss has a degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University. He has two grown sons and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and youngest son.
Matthew Flanigan is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carthage, Missouri-based Leggett & Platt, Incorporated, where he has been employed since May 1997 and has served as CFO since May 2003. Leggett & Platt is an S&P 500 company that conceives, designs and manufactures a wide range of engineered components and products found in many homes, offices, retail stores, automobiles and commercial aircraft. Flanigan has 13 years of prior experience in the banking industry, having served as First Vice President and Manager of Societe Generale-Dallas, the domestic lending operation of a large multinational bank; and with Dallas-based Interfirst Bank.
Shruti Miyashiro is President and Chief Executive Officer of Orange County’s Credit Union based in Santa Ana, California with $1.2 billion in assets, 10 branches and over 90,000 members. Prior to her appointment as CEO of Orange County’s Credit Union, Ms. Miyashiro held other senior positions in financial services organizations, including President and CEO of Pasadena Federal Credit Union and President and CEO of Orange County Group, Inc. Ms. Miyashiro has served in numerous leadership positions in the credit union industry, including state and national committees for the California Credit Union League and the Credit Union National Association, as well as the Board of Directors of CO-OP Financial Services, a large credit union services organization which serves institutions nationwide. Ms. Miyashiro serves on the Advisory Committee for the California Department of Oversight and on the Western CUNA Management School Board of Trustees.
Wesley A. Brown was Managing Director of KPMG’s Corporate Finance subsidiary before retiring on October 31, 2015. From 2004 to 2014, he was a co-founder and Managing Director of St. Charles Capital, LLC in Denver, Colorado, where he also served as its first President and Compliance Officer. Brown has specialized in merger transactions and financings for financial institutions, completing over 125 transactions totaling in excess of $3.5 billion over his career. His connections with and to the community banking industry in the Rocky Mountain Region are extensive, as he has personally worked on approximately half of all Colorado bank and thrift merger transactions since 1993. Prior to founding St. Charles Capital, he served as Managing Director of McDonald Investments, Inc. (2001-2004) and Executive Vice President of The Wallach Company (1991-2003). Brown earned a master’s in Business Administration with honors from the University of Chicago.
Tom Wilson is a Managing Partner at DecisionPoint Advisors, LLC in Charlotte, N.C. He is a seasoned business executive with more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. His strategic and general management skills include developing and growing new businesses; managing international operations and finances; raising capital from angel, institutional, and debt sources; and negotiating the sale of companies to strategic buyers. His transaction experience includes buy-side and sell-side assignments within numerous technology sectors including software, managed services, healthcare, and consulting. He also previously spent 14 years with IBM where he served in a variety of general management, sales, and marketing positions including leading a large solutions and services organization.
Jacque R. Fiegel is Chairman – Central Oklahoma Region of Prosperity Bank in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She also serves on the Management Committee for Prosperity Bank. Prior to its acquisition by Prosperity Bank, she served at Coppermark Bank as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and director, as well as Director and Treasurer of affiliates Coppermark Bancshares, Inc. and Coppermark Card Services, Inc. She began her career at the bank in 1976 as a teller. Ms. Fiegel is a former member of the Oklahoma City Branch Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and is a current member of the board of directors of the Economic Club of Oklahoma, as well as a number of civic organizations in Oklahoma City. Ms. Fiegel has previously been named one of U.S. Banker’s "25 Most Powerful Women in Banking" and "25 Women to Watch." Ms. Fiegel brings to the Board a broad experience with an understanding of bank technology, banking operations, financial management, and the overall financial services business.
Thomas Wimsett is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Wimsett & Company, a payments consulting firm he formed in 2012, and is also Chairman of Kentucky-based Town & Country Bank and Trust Company. He is a 29-year veteran of the payments industry, having begun his career with National Processing Company in 1983. While with NAP, Wimsett held a variety of key managerial positions with specific oversight for their check acceptance and merchant acquiring divisions, and served as NAP's President and CEO from 1999 to 2002. In 2003, Wimsett formed Iron Triangle Payment Systems (ITPS) in conjunction with GTCR, one of the largest private equity investors in the transaction processing industry. He served as chairman and CEO of ITPS (renamed NPC in 2006) until 2010 when the company was sold to Fifth Third Processing Solutions (now Vantiv). Wimsett is widely regarded as a leader in the payments industry and has actively served with multiple industry organizations including more than 10 years as a director or advisory board member of the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA), a Washington D.C.-based international trade association. He is a former director of NAP and MasterCard's U.S. Region Board. He served on Visa's Executive Acquirer Council, Discover Card's Acquirer Advisory Council, and on the Board of Advisors for the University of Louisville's School of Business. He remains involved with several local civic and philanthropic organizations. Wimsett holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville and lives in Bardstown, Kentucky with his wife Rhonda and the youngest of their three children, James.
Laura Kelly, a director since her appointment in September of 2013, is Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where she oversees product strategy, development and management for the company's wide variety of trade credit, supply chain and sales and marketing products. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet in early 2013, Kelly served American Express Company, where she was Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas from 2012 to 2013 and Senior Vice President, Global Product & Marketing, Global Payment Options from 2011 to 2012. From 2005 to 2011, Kelly was employed by MasterCard Worldwide, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Global Prepaid Product Solutions from 2007 to 2011 and previously served as Group Head, Global Debit Strategy and Business Administration. Prior to MasterCard, Kelly held various positions with Southwest Business Corporation, The Concours Group and USAA. Kelly brings to the Board extensive management experience in payments to and financial services technology. Her background includes a focus on risk management and experience developing international payments products and services. Kelly is a certified public accountant, a certified property and casualty underwriter associate in risk management and earned a master's in Business Administration from Auburn University.
