Postponement of Annual Analyst Day
The company's annual analyst day was originally scheduled for May 4th and the company had originally expected to announce earnings prior to this event. Unfortunately management's review of our revenue recognition policies in consultation with Deloitte and Touche LLP, the company's independent registered public accounting firm, as mentioned in the February 3, 2015 earnings release, is ongoing and is not anticipated to be concluded by the scheduled date for this event, therefore the event is being postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.
