March 26, 2015 at 8:00 AM EDT

MONETT, Mo., March 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: JKHY) is a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. Today the company announced the creation of a new leadership position for its Jack Henry Banking division and several promotions of key individuals to senior management positions.

Stacey Zengel has been promoted to President of the Jack Henry Banking division. This newly created position will provide a continued focus on the company's dedication to the core banking business. Zengel's new position furthers the company's One Company strategy and asserts the goal of consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations. All operational, development, implementation, and outsourced functions for the banking business unit will report to Zengel.

Zengel has been with the company since 2000 and previously held the positions of General Manager of JHA OutLink Processing Services™ (JHA OPS) and General Manager of Imaging Solutions. His leadership, knowledge of the banking industry, and day-to-day interactions with core clients has been instrumental to the company's success. Zengel graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Operations Management and resides in Springfield, MO with his wife, Carrie, and their two children.

Scott Spain will replace Zengel as the General Manager of JHA OPS. Spain, who this year will celebrate his 25th anniversary with the company, was most recently the General Manager of Core Solutions with specific oversight of the operations, implementations, and ongoing support for JHA's banking core clients. Spain holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University and is a long-time resident of Monett, MO where he resides with his wife, Christy, and their three children.

Susan Geiss has been promoted to General Manager of Jack Henry Banking Operations. Geiss has been instrumental to the company's Call Center strategy and has held key management positions in the core solutions group during the past 20 years. Before joining JHA in 1995, she worked for a super-regional bank with specific responsibilities in mergers and acquisitions. This position builds on her strong knowledge of the Jack Henry Banking core client base, in-depth understanding of the implementation process, and her expertise in acquisition and merger conversions for banks. Geiss earned her bachelor's degree from Missouri State University and resides in Monett, MO with her husband, Joe, and their two children.

Ron Moses has been named the new General Manager of Consumer and Commercial Solutions. Moses joined Jack Henry & Associates in 1999 through the acquisition of BancTec Financial Systems and has driven the company's imaging strategy most recently as General Manager of Imaging Solutions. Moses has successfully led several development and operations teams and carries into this job a reputation for forward thinking and the strategic direction necessary for rapid development of competitive and consumer-friendly products and services. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Drake University with a double major in Accounting and Computer Information Systems and an MBA from Missouri State University. Moses resides in Springfield, MO with his wife, Michelle, and their two sons.
